It would be great to see the actor images used more in the plex clients. I know the plex web, tvOS , and kodi clients already make pretty good use of this info, but that information is almost non existent in the mobile apps, plex media player, and the android TV app…
It would be nice to see the actors image next to their name as you filter by actor. Then when you have selected an actor to filter on it would be nice that actor image displayed somewhere on the screen kind of like how you guys are current’y handling this in the ios client, when you search by an actor.
It would also be nice to see the actor images displayed on the page when viewing the movie info, across all platforms including mobile platforms, kind of like how you guys are currently doing this in the plex web, tvOS , and kodi clients.
I know that the default agents currently aren’t very consistent about getting the images for each actor, but people like my self have taken the time to use write new agents or agent helpers to further insure that this data always gets collected. And it would be nice to see that work displayed no matter which client we are viewing our media on.
