I have over 200 songs on my playlist and I’m really tired of moving songs one by one to the top of my playlist!!
PLLLEEASEEEE DEVS! PLLLEEASEE THIS IS TORTURE! ![]()
Add a ‘move to top’ on the song menu on the playlist or a ‘sort by’ on the actual playlist.
Some playlist management would be amazing. I’d love it in PlexAmp, but even just in Plex proper it would be great.
Right now managing large playlists is quite difficult. Just a Move To Top alone would be a game changer and a great MVP add. Some more involved options such as in-list search, multi-select drag/drop, sorting by various attributes, etc, etc
My family makes frequent use of large Shared Playlists, would love to see improvements in this area!
I agree. This is the biggest hurdle for me adopting plexamp more - I have a very hard time making and manipulating playlists. I often want to add an album or many songs from an album to a playlist, and then arrange it later. If that playlist is more than a couple dozen songs though, rearranging is hard enough that I just don’t even try. I will ONLY shuffle playlists because of this.
Please yes, it’s all I want for this app…
Yes, a “Move to top” button for playlists would be fantastic! It is the worst thing about Plex Amp or just the web interface for “Plex” android app is that you can’t just easily move a song to the top of the playlist. I spend a lot of time each year just moving songs to the top of the playlists I have going. I’m a paid Plex Subscriber too. Can you please add this Plex?
Would enjoy the ability to edit tracks (modify tags) directly from the playlist as opposed to clicking on the album first, then editing the track. Also would like the ability to edit multiple tracks from the playlist simultaneously. If I could modify the mood tags of all the tracks in the playlist, I could quickly create a smart playlist to replace the standard playlist.
