Please add some controls (in the 3 dot menu for a song) that will move the song to the top or bottom of a playlist.
New songs added to a playlist go to the bottom by default. If you want it at the top, you have to drag it one “page” at a time. A control that move it to the top (or bottom) would be sick!
great idea. i would welcome this addition. some of my playlists are large and the post creation editing options are limited, moving stuff around takes ages on a mobile or the web interface. a multi select option for repositioning would be awesome.
at the moment if i need to edit a large playlist i zoom out on the browser to squeeze as much onto the available screen space to avoid scrolls during transit of the item. if anyone knows a better solution for this please share 
I would also love this. I want to use plex more (in plexamp I LOVE the ability to group a playlist by albums) but some basic things like this make it hard. Playlist manipulation is a key thing I need.
I think the MVI of this that would add a ton of useability is the ability to select multiple songs and move them around in a playlist in bulk. It doesn’t even have to be drag and drop if that is hard. If that is challenging to implement, even having a number of tracks to move the group up or down would be huge.
We dont need more complicated ai and djs, please just let us move the songs in the playlists easily. Its so ass backwards the way it is now and you guys have ignored past requests for years. Its not even a complicated feauture request please for the love of god i dont want to use subsonic players anymore.
There’s already an existing suggestion discussing this very topic. Please comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes (although it appears the op of this thread missed voting for their own suggestion). Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
