Feature Request: Multilanguage Flags on Posters

To be able to easily see which movies, series etc have multiple languages, how about an icon on the poster/artwork of the film/episode to show that it has various audio languages avaialble.

This way it would be instantly obvious which items had multiple language tracks instead of having to go into each one and check. If I go into my file server, I always add the language codes to the filenames so I can see which ones have the multiple audio tracks.

You can filter your library by audio language.

There’s already an actual feature suggestion discussing this matter where the OP was looking for a way to deal with the complexity. The most challenging part about the suggestion is that languages don’t have flags (I can imagine users from the US or Australia won’t be pleased to be represented by a UK flag or the other way around; similarly… for what language stand the flags of Canada or Switzerland where there’s multiple official languages).

Many thanks Otto. That never occured to me, to use the filters. Senior moment!

Thanks Tom. I tried searching before posting but didn’t come across anything. Thanks for pointing me in th eright direction.

I get what you mean about the complexity of the task. I’ve always used the flags (in other areas) for where the language originated: UK for English, Spain for Spanish, France for French etc but I can fully comprehend how other users might not like that.

And thanks for repsonding so quickly!
