[Feature Request] Plexamp Desktop (Windows): Taskbar contextual Previous/Play/Pause/Next

Hello!

First of all, I would like to endorse the desktop plexamp app, it looks amazing and functions very well. Good job with that!

A small improvement (or feature) which I would be very thankful for would be a taskbar context menu with (Previous)/(Play/Pause)/(Next), like we have with the majority of other popular music players (iTunes example https://files.alatvala.fi/s/J3NW5g2MxNCdgSg/preview).

Any thoughts on this?
