This is my first feature request and I’ve wanted it since I started using Plex years ago.
I would like to be able to click an artist in the Music section and just click shuffle.
I can shuffle the whole music library, or the tracks in an album, but not an artist.
I currently have to select all their albums and click shuffle.

in Plex Web > music > artists, shuffle is the first item on the menu
on the artist page, you just hit PLAY and it shuffles the artists tracks
on ios, on the artist page, tap the 3 dots > shuffle
on plexamp (plex pass required) > artist page > tap play (shuffles)

The buttons placements are a little inconsistent and hiding shuffle behind the 3 dots is my least favorite part of the recent UI update, but you answered my question.
yes I agree, hiding ‘shuffle’ in the menu and/or using the ‘play’ indicator to instead ‘shuffle’ is confusing and a bit annoying.
