Sleep timer

Especially for all the late night-watchers who love a quick watch before sleep—but can’t seem to find the power to stop watching when they should.

I would love to set a timer that stops the playback after 5, 15, or 30 minutes. Not only to stop ever-growing television addictions, but also to be able to cut movies, and series in smaller chunks—to enjoy them even longer!

You can shut down your OS with a utility. I’m sure there are some freeware utilities to auto-shutdown a particular application if you look around

Still, there are some times you would like to stop playback but keep your computer on.

I use Plex on my Kindle Fire and often listen to audio before going to sleep at night. Having a sleep timer would be helpful for those of us who run Plex on various mobile devices.

I would also love to have a sleep timer like on Audible. That way I could just leave something playing while falling asleep and Plex would fade out the music after a user defined time.

I jumped in here when I thought the same thing. During the week, I use an app on my phone called Black Player to fall asleep to music every night because it has a sleep timer. I just set it to 90 minutes and it fades off…I can only use plex to listen to my music on the weekend since I don’t care if a loud song wakes me up when I don’t have to be up for work. If plex app had a sleep timer I would be using it every night for sure. +1 on a Sleep Timer please.
