[Feature Request] Update Library: Folder Priority

I suggest making an easy way to edit the order the folders are scanned within a library when updating. It would be cool if we could edit the library and simply drag/drop the folders above/below each other or simple arrow buttons would suffice.

This is a very small annoyance, however, updating my library takes a very long time due to multiple network drives.

Example: You use 4 drives total, but drives 1 through 3 are already full so only new content is added to drive 4. Since the drives were added in order (1, 2, 3 then 4), every time you update library drives 1 through 3 will always scan before drive 4 which is the only drive that needs to be scanned at this time.
