Re-ordering folder order within Library Setting

Is it possible to re-order the folders that contain media for a particular library. In my example, I’ve got a rather large music library that is comprised of 30 unique folders that contain the actual media files. I’ve got my music arranged by /Music/A, Music/B, etc. and then 4 other folders. What I’d like to be able to do is to have it rescan the 4 ‘other’ folders first, and then go through the other 26 folders in alpha order. I’ve tried rearranging the order within the library properties, but no matter what I do, it always goes back to (the same) seemingly random order…in my case, Music/X, Music,/Y, Music/A-W, Music/Z, and then the 4 other folders. Is there any way to control this order?

You can’t. I’m not even sure if the order of folders is actually considered when scanning those.
