you know how when you sort your library alphabetically there is a list of letters down the right side of the screen; there should be the equivalent when sorting your library by year please…I don’t know who to email, so I’m emailing everyone

There’s already an existing suggestion discussing an option to display the shortcut/index next to the library if the library is sorted by a date based field. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes. I’ll therefore close this suggestion as a duplicate.

Shortcuts when sorting by Release Date

I generally have my Movie library sorted by Release Date, but it takes forever to scroll down the list. When alphabetically sorted, there are handy letter shortcuts on the right side of the screen to speed up scrolling. It’d be great if Release Date ordering had shortcuts on the right side as well, preferably with the option for either decades or years.
