When I try to play a video on my TiVo Bolt, the following error is logged by the latest Plex Media Server 1.9.4.4325 for Linux.
ERROR - Unable to find client profile for device; platform=TiVo, platformVersion=20.7, device=Bolt (Series 6), model=TCD849
I found the Profiles folder at
/usr/lib/plexmediaserver/Resources/Profiles
but I don’t see anything related to TiVo devices. Do I need to create a new profile for TiVo or is there some configuration that is messed up that is not mapping the device information to the proper profile?
