Having the same/very similar problem:

Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Tizen, platformVersion=2.4, device=16_JAZZM_UHD, model=UA65KS8000

I’m running my server within a docker container and tried copying the ā€˜Samsung Tizen.xml’ to ā€˜Tizen.xml’ and left the file contents the same - now the error has gone and replaced with ā€œ[Now] Profile is Samsung Tizenā€ and everything is working fine.

Yeah, I dont know if the model of our tv’s support tizen. You have the 8000, and mine is the 6900

Seeing same thing on my Samsung TV with different platformVersion and device - running Plex on Synology

Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Tizen, platformVersion=5.5, device=20_NIKEM_QTV, model=QN55Q80TAFXZC

Running Plex for Samsung on the TV. Movie is Direct Streaming with no issues!

on Plex Server 1.22.3.4392

I believe the client profiles are used for DLNA clients since Plex Apps communicate directly with the Server. I am running the Plex App on Samsung and actually have DLNA turned off on the server. If I am correct - the Server sees the TV as a DLNA client and is looking for a profile to run against it and can’t find it. THis should not happen since we are not using DLNA with the Samsung TV. I could be wrong - but it does line up logically and explains why Plex plays fine on my TV even with this error
