I have some feedback for the current production iOS and AppleTV 4K versions, as well as the current TestFlight version of the AppleTV 4k Plex app, but when I try to send the feedback via the TestFlight email, it bounces back as undelivered because the address is unable to receive mail.
Regarding Pre-Rolls. In Settings > Player Experience > Cinema Trailers, the option “Play Pre-roll Only” does not work.
If I change the option to any of the Play 1 thru 5 Before Movie, then a pre-roll will play. But the pre-roll will not play if the Play Pre-roll Only option is selected.

Why have pre-roll videos stopped being played before movies? I’ve tried toggling it off and back on. I’ve double checked the file path for the pre-roll videos, albeit nothing has changed except the updated version of the player on ATV. I note that pre-rolls were not playing on the new version of the app on iPadOS/iOS…. Is this just not going to work anymore?
