PreRolls are not working on the NEW iOS App. Is this going to be fixed or am I missing something?
It will be fixed among other Player Experience settings.

Prerolls are not working on anything, mine does the exact same as yours, it does find the preroll videos, but will not play them.
AND WHY ISNT ANYONE FROM PLEX RESPONDING TO THIS???
Please advise what is going on?**

I’m having the same issue with IOS and IpadOS apps. Prerolls work on windows app and browser but will not play on the mobile apps mentioned. I haven’t tried the Apple tv app yet however. Server version is 1.41.9.9961 and IOS app is 2025.20.0.
