Pre-roll only working on web player

Hi, I have my pre-rolls set up within my movies folder.
I have enabled cinema trailers.
I have set for 1 trailer to play on all movies

The pre-roll videos play correctly on random when I play via the web player. But the DO NOT play remotely on AppleTV or my Samsung TV app.

Any ideas?

Works fine for me both locally and remotely on my Apple Devices (iOS/tvOS) – even with the number of trailers set to None.
I take it you’re playing a movie from a library where you have enabled Enable Cinema Trailers?

As you specifically mention it’s not working remotely on those apps… are they playing ok on an Apple TV / Samsung TV while connected locally?

It’s not clear if they are not playing at all or just not randomly, but did you enable pre-roll on each client.

Thanks, Double checked that all libraries have cinema trailers ENABLED. I am currently remote and the pre-roll plays fine on web but not on appleTV or Samsung TV.
Last week was working fine on Apple TV (When I was local).

So, remote and local web player plays pre-roll
Remote appleTV and Samsung TV, do not.

Apologies- They are not playing at all on appleTV or Samsung TV while remote.
Pre-roll is playing correctly when remote on web player.

Don’t get confused with pro-roll on the server with the clients. Just because you have it enabled on the server does not mean it is enabled on all your clients. You need to go in to the client settings and enable the pre-roll. Now I would not think it would matter if remote or not but never tested it.

True – but there’s no additional option to enable prerolls on the Apple TV app (you can only control how many trailers you want to see); so I would expect them to play.
