Hi guys,

just added some new shows to my plex media server (win 10 pc) and on my xbox one(win 10) it shows, but plays audio and no video, i’ve also had problem with it keep not seeing my server or buffering loads on my local network. I’ve changed the security type to “same network” as some fixes have suggested, but i’m still getting the same result. I’ve also switch from wireless connection to a wired on for my xbox and changed the PC to run on a 1GBps port rather than 100mbps. Still no luck, any idea guys??!! Quite frushtrating not being able to fix it myself. Any help at all would be appreciated. I also have all the latest versions on my server and xbox.

Sidenote, the media server is the current public build

Could you post the media XML for one of the problematic files? If you disable direct play or direct stream in the app settings do you still see the same issue with the file?
