When will PLEX remove all restrictions on (Movie) File Naming… Allow me to chose naming Structure…
Never, if you want to use Plex’s metadata gathering. You can avoid all Plex’s scanning etc. by making the library an “other videos” library or by turning off all agents.
Please provide instruction to correct “S****d” naming restrictions…
I’ve tried but still have issues… Including changing Meta Data…

As per Elijah Baley’s point… you’ve got two basic options:

If you want Plex to automatically identify the movie and download respective metadata, posters etc., you’ll need to name the files somewhat in line with the naming schema described in the related support articles. Plex is usually quite flexible when you roughly follow the schema (for tv-shows it’s indeed more strict)

Use an
other videotype library with the personal media agent – this will show the files as they are… optionally with already embedded metadata but no matching and no online metadata/posters/…
