I have a quick question about Plex media server and remote reads.
I installed plex media server on my server, created libraries etc.
everything is fine.
I retrieve all information about my firestick, my android app etc.
Except I’m meeting something weird.

I’m having trouble reading a file. Let me explain.
On my android app in wifi at home, I access the file and it reads (I specify that the reading takes 1min because I have not yet taken the option)
On the pc via the web, live on the server, the file reads with difficulty, it is long jerking, I am on the same wifi network
On the firestick, on the same wifi network, the same, he launches but jerks at the reading.
While all other files work normally.

Is the problem with the device network or the file? i can’t understand

But It sounds like that one file isn’t playing well. We can take a look at how it’s playing, and we can look at the file details.

In my example I’m playing on an iPad but only because it was running.
