File that are only HDR10 HVEC will not play, DoVi/HDR10 HVEC will play

Nvidia Shield Dolby TrueHD playback is borked

To the confused guys: The build that @sixones posted yesterday is 9.1.0.31664, while the latest beta is 9.0.0.31675. The former has the fix, while the latter, being older, doesn’t. So, any of the 9.1.0.x builds should work.
