Files can be seen remotely, but 99.9% don't play

Using a WD My CLoud for storage
I am very new to this so I have been reading online for hours with no solution. Everything was working perfectly up until about 2 weeks ago. On my home network everything works perfectly.
But when I travel to my condo for work and sign in to the Plex app on my Roku TV that is when things halt.
I can see every file, including ones that I had just added minutes before, but when I click on them to play I get the yellow wheel of death. I have tried reloading the app numerous times, but even when I try at my desk at my office, the exact same thing the files are all there, but just won’t play.

Under your settings is remote access enabled?

Yes Remote access is enabled. Although I noticed in the past it disables itself, this is NOT the issue as I have tested it when the Server Status screen is showing Remote Access enabled.
