I am running PMS on my desktop and it is running as a service. Everything was fine until this past weekend. I can no longer play files that are on my NAS. When I try to play a file I get a pop up window with the message “Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.”. I’m not sure if this is related to the Service or not.
My NAS is on the network and not directly attached to the computer where Plex resides. My photos and DVR recordings are on a separate drive on the computer and play just fine. The path for the NAS is "\\HOMESERVER\music\Music". It is a Win 10 OS.
