Hello, I just updated Plex on my Synology NAS to the latest version because I could not longer remotely connect. I just noticed while browsing the Plex folder through my laptops’s file explorer that there are files contained within the folder with file names made up of Chinese characters. Is this normal?
Do you see those when connecting to the Synology share from your Windows Explorer? Or are you seeing them when trying to add a folder to a Plex library?
Same thing happened to my Plex server, but I didn’t upgrade the software. I just deleted them.
