Chinese characters in PMS for Synology

The Plex web interface shows some Chinese characters instead of icons
I did just update to the newest version of Plex for Synology (0.9.7.12) with Plex Web (0.9.9.10).

When I connect to the Plex website and want to use it (I suppose this is the Plex Web), there are some parts of the translation or some pictograms which keep getting appearing as Chinese characters rather then proper English translations or pictograms.

How do I remedy this problem?

I attach some of the screenshots as examples.

Can anybody help?
