Hey all,
I’m dealing with a strange issue that just started within the last week or two. I moved about 3 months ago, but Plex has been working fine since the move. I just haven’t been using it as much recently, and haven’t told all my usual users that it’s back online yet.
The issue: None of my files will play—they just spin endlessly across all my libraries. Eventually, I get a timeout error.
Here’s what I’ve confirmed:
The issue occurs across all clients: Roku, iPad, iPhone, web browser (even directly on the server).
It happens on both local and remote networks.
The files themselves play fine when accessed directly over the network or tested locally on the server.
So I don’t think it’s a permissions issue or a client problem.
I’ve uploaded my logs in case someone can help point me in the right direction. Any insight would be much appreciated!
