Films start then stop, error message "Unable to Connect to Content Server"

Hi all
Hope someone can help, in the last month some of the content (Films & Tv shows) has been either not playing at all with the “Unable to connect to content Server” message displayed or it will begin to play for 1-2 minutes then the film goes off and the above error is displayed.
You could then leave it 24 hours or less and retry the same troubled content and it would be fine.

When the film does play its starts fine and then begins to pixilate the colour changes and gets worse and worse to the point of crashing the film and displaying the error message.

My content is streamed from my Synology 213j on the latest version 6.2.4.2556,
there hasn’t been an update or anything changed with my Synology for 6 months +, so I suspect its more plex side as I’ve kept up to date with server updates.

Please Help, Jon

Ive read and followed your instructions but the log files always download with nothing inside them, everything is turned on within plex to allow the logs to be recorded.
