New Plex Server Content is being synced but getting playback errors on all videos

Synology Version: DSM 6.2.4-25556
Plex Server Version#: 1.24.2.4973
Player Version#: Playing via browser on windows/linux machine connected via LAN

Issues are

Content is being synced but getting playback errors on all videos
Cant seem to “Claim the Server”
