Please add the ability to filter shared content more specifically beyond libraries. The use case is for when the user account is for children or a specific age bracket. Another use case for purist who only want 1080p or greater or for those whos internet connection cannot handle HD or UltraHD videos. The former would be able to only see 1080p movies while the latter would not see videos they cannot view anyways (even with auto scale back…plex does not always do well with trying to scale back to 720 or 480).
It would be great to simply take all the filter options you can already do within PLEX and copy them to the share menu when sharing your libraries with out users.
If it is hard to do this for all filter options, I think the top ones to focus on would be:
- Content Rating
- Genre
- Resolution
