I have uninstalled Plex today. After 3 or 4 years of no problems and now the last 5 months of not being able to connect to the server (Local windows 10) and 0 support, its time to look for a new media server.
Gutted, but, cant get it working and spending much too much time pissing around with Plex rather that watching movies.
Odd, I don’t see a single post from you asking for assistance, posting logs, or even just describing the problem you’re having.
And while I agree that direct customer support is not Plex’s strength, I find it strange when a person’s first post to the forum is to say they’re leaving…
I suspect its more likely to be a Windows 10 issue rather than Plex. Windows 10 build 1803 broke a lot of networking and lots have people have lost access to resources on their LAN. There are scores of posts on Microsoft and other forums about Windows 10 networking issues?
