Find how many users a Plex server is shared with

I host Plex for some friends on my server and with the upcoming Hetzner ban I was wondering if there was a way to see how many users a Plex server is being shared with. They each have their own instance on Plex media server running.

I am not hosted at Hetzner, but want to limit anyone who is sharing their Plex for a monetary gain. If someone is sharing their server with up to 10 users that could mean that it is being shared with their immediate family and close friends, but if someone is sharing with 20+ users then that helps in identifying those going against Plex’s terms and stop them from doing so.

If there is such a feature where one could check using a CLI tool (maybe point it to a particular Plex server’s config dir) to see if how many users have been granted access to a particular server it would help.

I know tools like Tautulli exist but they are only helpful if you have access to the Plex account that owns the Plex server.
