First of all, above needs to be of a supported type, like mp4, mkv etc.

2nd, the user that PMS runs under needs access to the file, so if you are running PMS as a service, then check the service user has access
3rd, you should look at the naming of the media, since if not named correctly, you might be lucky finding it with the Unmatched
filter instead of Duplicates
And if still nothing, then make sure your PMS log level is set to debug, and then do a Plex Dance on the movie, followed by uploading a zip with the PMS logs
