My dad (owner of this account) passed away recently. He was a plex pass lifetime member and had multiple libraries. For the life of me, I can’t find where they would be and am curious if anyone can provide some tips and tricks on how I might be able to find? Our mom was trying to watch a movie and it should be on the library but right now the account isn’t connected to any of them.
The only media server it’s connected to is one I just started to see if I needed an update. I’m at a loss

Hey @dane22 I submitted but actually ended up finding where he kept his server and it just needed the update! Appreciate your help and I’ll lookout from billing issues and questions when they respond to let them know we’re good!
