I have purchase plex pass lifetime. Log in now but not showing. Trying to add more media
Restart Plex Media Server. It will check in with plex.tv and should pick up your Plex Pass.
You may also need to sign out, then sign in to your account at https://www.plex.tv/.
The Plex account that you are using to access this here forum doesn’t have a Plex Pass on it. It never had one, either. But it also doesn’t have a Plex Server in it.
You need to make sure to buy the Plex Pass using the right plex account.
If you are taking up a special offer on Plex Pass, this will usually only be valid for new plex accounts. So, if you have bought the Plex Pass for a new account, you will have to switch your server and all your other player devices to that new account.

But you don’t seem to be using it at the moment.
So you need to log out of your current account and then log back in using the email and password of your Plex Pass account.
