The main question would be - how exactly did you name the file? The most common reason for this issue is if the file is named in some ambiguous way.
Try to name the file “Ant-Man (2015)” or, if you have a 2D and 3D version, call one of them “Ant-Man (2015) (3D)” and see if it helps.
You can also add the IMDB or TMDB ID to the folder and file name using curly braces to help with matching.
Example:
/Media/Movies/Ant-Man (2015) {imdb-tt0478970} [3D]/Ant-Man (2015) {imdb-tt0478970} [3D].ext (ext = mkv/mp4/etc).

FYI, you are using the new Plex Movie scanner. All the settings are at the library level. You do not need to configure anything in Settings → Agents.

This time I really have a mistake: the “Photos last added” suddenly disappeared on the home dashboard. Also on the “Recommendations” tab in photos. It appears very briefly and then disappears forever. I think the Plex database is now down
