Fire TV cannot see server

Hi

I’m getting a persistent error with Plex, on the fire stick 4k. It keeps saying that it can’t see the server, check it’s running and connected.

The answer is yes to both. Supposedly a fix for this is being rolled out. My question is when will we get the upgrade, and more importantly why have Plex broken something that has worked well for years?

To see the server I have to restart the fire stick and then it will work for an indeterminate period.

How do I get my fire stick to “upgrade” to 7.25.3?

Oh well - any idea how long, it’s making Plex look very ordinary having to reboot the stick every time you want to use it.

It would help if you provided your app logs so we can see what’s going on in case you have some other issue that 7.25.3 won’t fix.
