The above version of the player on one of my Fire Sticks does not see my Plex server (Win 10 version). It used to. I have a second Fire Stick on another TV and that one works fine… same version too.
network connection is working as it asked me to link my account to to the player and that worked. This has worked for a couple of years without a problem.
anyone have any ideas?
Please provide logs from the Fire Stick that can’t see the server.
Not sure how to do that, but, I was able to get the server logs… If you need those, let me know which log to attach.
Server logs won’t help if a client can’t see it. I need the client logs.
