Fire tv Plex randomly skips forward while remote play series

If i watch a episode often it happen that plex skips several minutes forward while playing. sometimes from the beginning till th eend of the episode. if i skip backwards and restart the episode normally i can watch the whole episode but not every time.
this almost never happen when watching a movie remote and when i’m home.

thx for the hint. but for me it does not make sense because the same client hasn’t any problem when the file will be played local. but i can give it a try
