Since the release of the firestick with the new UI, i can’t play subtitles. It will play a movie/show just fine, i turn subtitles on and the thing just hangs and the spinner spins. occationally it ill show a black screen and the time counter starts counting. But i pull the same thing up on the web, and it works just fine. ive changed and tweaked every option i can find and nothing changes this. any ideas?
