Player Version#: Recent Amazon Fire TV Stick device and PLEX download. (remote user)
One of my remote users is reporting their subtitles not working/missing on a TV with a Fire TV Stick device (with sony tv) with PLEX. The same user went to to their Samsung TV and played the same movie and subtitles WERE working.
Are there any others/known issues with Fire TV Stick and subtitles that people are aware of?
