Hi

I am playing Plex via my Amazon Fire Stick App, and up until a few days ago i have noticed the subtitles no longer work.

When on a movie, i can browse the subtitles found by open Subtitles, and select the one i want. It then pauses the move (as usual) whilst they load … but then the movie resumes but the subtitles do not appear…

It works fine on my iPhone / iPad just not on the firestick.

Any ideas as to why?

I find that they can take 15 - 20 seconds before they get synced with the video/audio and start to show up.
