Player Version#: newest plex web from server
Hello,
I have a problem using firefox as web player. It requires transcoding on the servers which is not powerfull enough. If I try watching in edge on the same client machine it works great without transcoding. Where can I find the toogle in firefox to also deactivate transcoding?

There is no such thing.
If you need to avoid transcoding, using a web browser as your Plex client is one of the worst choices.
Use either Plex Desktop or Plex HTPC.
Download links are below.
Most probably HEVC video. Firefox doesn’t support that, Edge and Chrome do.
Or use the Desktop Apps like @OttoKerner suggested.
