This server is not powerful enough to convert video

Hi.
After some patch i can`t play video through Web browser (Firefox, Chrome, EDGE are affected).
Receiving error “This server is not powerful enough to convert video.”
This is 100500% some kind of bug.
Server HW is 4 core Xeon E3-1265L V2 with 16G RAM

P.S. When i play video through PLEX through anything else (Windows desktop app, Apple TV, iPad) - all is working fine.

Do you have video transcoding disabled?

Settings → Transcoder → Disable video stream transcoding

That is the message Plex displays when it needs to transcode video but video transcoding is disabled.

Enabled video transcoding. One video started for a brief time and played aprox 2 minutes.
After that browser window has reloaded and now i have same error (
