Firestick 4K - Not Marking Episodes Complete

Note - This doesn’t happen on my LG Smart TV, my Chromecast, iOS, or Desktop. It only occurs on the Firesticks.

I used to have an issue where I couldn’t play my episodes of The Office at all and over time that fixed itself through app updates. Now on the most recent version of the Firesticks Plex App, is not marking episodes as completed.

If I click Play on one of those items, on Desktop, it shows the “NEXT” countdown timer and will go to the next episode but won’t mark the item as complete still. On the Firestick, it’ll show that exact same countdown timer, but just won’t go to the next episode and still doesn’t mark it as complete.

It doesn’t only happen for this show, I was watching something from my On Deck last night and it after the show ended it was trying to go to the next episode and it just sat at a loading circle and I had to press “BACK” and the episode showed on my On Deck as Not Completed with the Line underneath full, I clicked it thinking it would bring me to the next episode and it just kept erroring. I had to go find the show and go into the Season and click the next show manually. The on deck couldn’t resolve itself. When that Next Episode ended, it showed as a full bar underneath as well.

Either way, is this something new, or is it something that has been going on for a while, is it just the Encoding I selected from Handbrake? They’re all direct playing audio and video.
