On Unraid 6.11.1
When I try to start a movie in 4K DoVi/HDR (HECV Main 10), it won’t start. (with app.plex.tv on Chrome)
samething with my Firestick.
Work’s good with Apple TV, and LG Tv
I try with the local address (192.168.1.x:32400) and everything works good.
Same problem at my sister house.

Chrome does not support direct playing HEVC video. If your server cannot transcode & tonemap HEVC HDR media in real time, using Chrome will be problematic.
Consider using Plex Desktop. It can direct play 4K HDR media.
Not all FireSticks are capable of direct playing 4K HDR media.
Which model do you have?
If you do not know, see Authorized Devices.
There will be a device code, such as AFTSS, displayed.
You can then look up the device specifications at: Fire TV Device Specifications: Overview | Amazon Fire TV
Some movies (4K HDR10 (HEVC Main 10) work’s good, other not.
Same problem with Safari.

What CPU / GPU is in your server?
If they cannot transcode and tonemap 4K HDR video in real time then you will have trouble using Plex clients that do not support 4K HDR media.
No web browser supports HDR. Hence the suggestion to use Plex Desktop.
The FireTV Stick Light description says it is for HD streaming. If your server cannot transcode 4K HDR, consider using a client that can, such as the FireStick 4K Max, FireTV Cube 3rd gen, or Nvidia Shield Pro.
Streaming to remote locations, such as your sister’s house, may present problems. If your server cannot transcode 4K HDR and you do not have enough bandwidth to direct play, then it probably won’t work, no matter the client. You may need to restrict remote streaming to 1080p or lower resolutions.

I also have other people who have no problem.

In the docker, I have a lot of theses errors
Jobs: Exec of /config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Codecs/EasyAudioEncoder-334-linux-x86_64/EasyAudioEncoder/EasyAudioEncoder failed. (13)
I delete the codecs folder so Plex downloads the codecs again.
Everything work good
and for Chrome…
No mention of HDR.
