I have two non-4k firsticks connected to plex. The app is the current version, and, I have checked the box in the DVR settings that allows partial airings to be recorded. However, I can’t record a program that is in process (a program that is live) via the guide screen. When I select the program the app takes me directly to the player.
There are a few posts within the last month on this forum here: [Record live show option missing FireTV?] They are having the same issue. However, it appears that these posts have not recieved a response yet, and, I believe that no one has formally reported this issue to support.
So… how would I report an issue such as this? I am new to Plex and this forum. So, please forgive my ignorance. In addition, is there anything I can do to fix the aforementioned problem, or, is it an inherent problem with the Fire OS or the Pleax app? If this is a bug with the app, does Plex plan on fixing this issue. If so, do you have an ETA?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
