FireStick - playback has stopped because the connection to the plex media server has been lost

Over the past week I have started getting the playback has stopped error, it works fine on my new 4k Firestick.

Any ideas why this has started, I have tried changing away from the new player but I just get the orange circle.

Update - Set Server Secure connections to disabled but don’t get any sound and the speed is a bit fast.
