[Firestick TV] Loop mode doesn't toggle/stay activated anymore

Hi,

I have a Firestick plugged on a TV in one of our shops displaying videos continuously through loop mode. It worked like a charm until yesterday where the Firestick apparently made an update of the Plex app and broke everything. Right now, we aren’t able to toggle the loop mode anymore ; I mean the button is still there but everytime we select “Loop mode” it goes back on “Do no repeat” thus making it completly unusable.

We tried quite everything we could think about : hard reset, cache deletion of the app, total data deletion of the app, plex server update… Nothing worked

Would you happen to have some ideas or the solution ? Or shall I send the Firestick back to Amazon and buy a true Android Dongle ?
