Plex no longer allows a playlist to repeat on Firestick

I used to be able to repeat a playlist endlessly - now if I click on Repeat and then select “Repeat all” it just goes back to “Repeat None.” We were using this as a kiosk to play videos of our adoptable animals at a shelter. No one has been able to figure out how to get a playlist of videos to repeat again.

I’m having the same problem. I’m able to repeat the playlist when viewing using a web browser, but unable to do so on the Firestick. I’d like to add that I’m unable to “Repeat One” and “Repeat All”.

Same issue w/ the plex web app on mac/windows/chrome

server version is 1.19.1.2645
I’ve always had issues w/ repeat/repeat 1 and shuffle. plays one item and quits. doesn’t matter if its a music playlist or video list.

I desperately need this function back on both fire stick and shield. I use those devices to run a video playlist continuously in ny store

I was thinking a solution would be to continue to re-add those same files as many times as needed, but it looks like plex doesn’t allow you to do this either.

I feel like I use to be able to do this. I am almost positive I did this before.

Maybe you could make multiple copies of those files and let plex recognize it as multiple/duplicates… then split apart if necessary and then add them into a playlist. If that makes sense…
