First Time login in Plex iOS or Android

Hi All,

I’ve a concern arise today when i found out when someone FIRST sign in with my Plex user in iOS or Android it won’t prompt him to users selection and enter his user PIN, he will be then signed in with my main “Crown” account and once he want to switch it will ask for PIN number. This is a big security concern for me and what i want is when anyone signing with my user in either iOS, Android or any device it should ask to select one of available users.

NOTE: In Plex Desktop, Web App it will prompt them to User Selection Page.

Never give out your user credentials. Always do the signing-in yourself for your managed users.

If you have users who are not living in the same household with you, don’t add them into your Plex Home. Let them use their own plex.tv accounts and simply share with these accounts.
