Got a few shows which aren’t matching, so thought I’d try a manual search. However, manual matching isn’t coming back with the right results. I’ve tried putting the TVDB ID into the ‘title’ box in the search screen, but nothing comes back (the query takes several minutes and then says ‘No Match’). I’ve tried disabling IPv6, but it makes no difference.
Any ideas?
can confirm that i had problem with a show episode from Arrow, and i try to fix but is not working, is like plex not communicating with thetvdb, wherever i chose thetvdb or moviedb same result (no metadata), i tihnk someone f***d up during maintenance
Ah, okay, yes. Maybe TheTVDB is having issues…
Having same issues with a couple shows. Definately something wrong at TVDB
according to https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/313814/all-of-the-sudden-tv-show-metadata-not-loading#latest is not the TVDB is from plex, something in there settings
