I recently put the show “Hello World” into my Plex library. You can see thetvdb.com page for the show here:

Plex is not retrieving or matching on that show, however. I tries to match it to a different show, “Hello World!”, and if I try to manually fix the match, I don’t get “Hello World” (without the exclamation point) as an option:
The two shows it thinks it might be aren’t right. I assume this is a bug in Plex?
It’s probably just one of those things, due to the number of similar shows, but here’s the cure:

That’s the TVDB ID# for that show - you see it in the upper right portion of the first page.
Put that number in the Title Field in the search options.
Thanks, putting that TVDB ID# did the trick! I’m glad there’s an obscure work-around for the problem.
